The best hotel in Vietnam. The room was big and clean, with a nice view. The pool on the top is nice to calm down and enjoy the landscape. The breakfast buffet was amazing, you have so many options to choose from. The staff is also very kind.

Well located, off the Disneyland madness of the city. The hotel standard is much higher than what we saw in Sapa. breakfast also fine. Staff is friendly. just beside we can recommend a family run restaurant which Western quality/hygiene level: good morning view. highly recommend too.

This is one of the best hotel (palace) where I stayed. All is perfect. The location, the design, the decoration, the room, the view and with a very professional staff. A bit very good surprise. Even Metropole in Hanoi is less of quality !!! Thanks for that great moment.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff on reception were so helpful from the moment we arrived, particularly Lala who was brilliant and helped us book everything we needed. The spa treatment was wonderful and well worth it - we returned twice. The staff there were great. We really enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.

    Really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfiness of the room, that offered great bathroom facilities. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the spa downstairs in the hotel, and was given a relaxing massage by the qualified staff. The breakfast, dinner and room service delivered was exceptional both in terms of quality and tastiness. The pool was also a nice addition that allowed for a relaxing time.

    Sapa Relax & Spa hotel offered us with free breakfast during my stay with them. The staffs are very helpful and location is also very near to town centre. I would say value for money.

    you have an amazing view from the bungalow terrace, the restaurant terrace and the pool. the staff is super friendly and very helpful. We also used the spa offers (hot tub and massage) which was very relaxing after a day of hiking. We also booked a cooking class for a five course menu which was held outdoors with the stunning view. you can have good hikes starting from the accommodation and compared to Sapa town it is very calm. It was one of the best accommodations with the best price for value we had in Vietnam so far.

    The room is very spacious and the sky cafe on the rooftop is spectacularly beautiful. The breakfast, which is free, offers a wide variety. The host, Mr Ok, is helpful and informative. The massages, herbal baths and saunas are great too. Highly recommended and great value for money.

    The hotel amenities were great. The view is spectacular, the spa was good (we had thai and swedish massage), the pool was a bit cold but we still enjoyed relaxing one afternoon. The breakfast had multiple options and was very complete.

    Our stay at the sapa relax and spa hotel was excellent. Duoc made sure everything was brilliant for us. The room was large and clean, they offered us free breakfast (which was excellent quality) and a free drink at the rooftop cafe (which has incredible views and makes lovely drinks!). This hotel has everything you would need for a stay in sapa and exceeded all expectations given the very good price. If you’re coming to sapa stop wasting time looking at hotels and book this one!
