The pool area is beautiful. The room was big and very comfortable. Even though the street is right next to the hotel there is no much noise disturbance in the room so sleep was not affected. With Yandex the location of the hotel was no problem cause you can get fast into the city. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly. There is free water offered. The breakfast was okay but didn’t offer much variety.

The hotel is a 5-star quality. Still, the front desk and breakfast bar employees could be trained a little more to please their Western world guests. BTW, the front desk help Azamat is an incredible asset to this company who performed an exceptional job to his guests.
