The staff were wonderful—reception and valet were very welcoming, and Emin was especially outstanding, always helping us with useful tips about the city. Our room was very clean, fully equipped, with a super comfortable bed and perfect soundproofing. Room service was excellent, and everyone was always smiling and kind. The Italian restaurant on the 5th floor was a highlight, with breathtaking sunset views, high-quality dishes, spotless service, and a fantastic team including Buse and her colleagues. During check out time lady named again Buse- Great! Valet guys even opened the car door for me to sit❤️❤️🌸

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful. The staff were always very attentive and helpful, ready to assist with anything I needed. I was truly satisfied with the service and the comfort of the place. Very big and confortable bed. Very nice pool with sun and shade. Very beautiful view. Close enough to the center and ladies beach to go by foot.

This is a very elegant hotel, more beautiful than the Hilton downtown (which would have been my second choice, I’m glad I chose the Unique hotel. A pity the “beach” was not yet open (being end of May). High quality breakfast with the sea at your feet. I didn’t book the direct access to the second (heated!) exclusive-use pool, but I’d book it if I went back to this same hotel, it looked very nice :) Sea view was a plus.

Marina views were amazing, the staff was all so nice and friendly, and the pool, Linnet patisserie, rooftop bar, and the hotel itself were all around super nice. Will definitely come back next year.
