The staff and the way they payed attention to every detail. Always welcoming, always greeting and always asking us what do we want. The room was very big and super comfortable. The bed was huge like it can fit 4 people.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mirage Resort in Hammat, Tunisia, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the amazing staff, particularly Khalid at the reception, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Upon learning about my last-minute booking and previous bad experience, Khalid welcomed me with genuine warmth and offered me a complimentary dinner as a treat on my first day. This thoughtful gesture immediately made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. In addition, he surprised me by upgrading my accommodation to a villa close to the pool, which was a wonderful bonus. The level of service and attention to detail at the Mirage Resort is truly commendable. When I expressed my desire for a hairdresser, the staff promptly organized for a skilled professional to come to my room and take care of my needs. This convenience and personalized service made me feel pampered and well taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel's dining experience exceeded all my expectations. The dinner offerings were not only delicious but also showcased the culinary expertise of the kitchen staff. I thoroughly enjoyed every meal, and the variety of options ensured that there was something to please every palate. The attentive and friendly service by the restaurant staff further enhanced my dining experience. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager on two occasions. His friendly and approachable demeanor impressed me, and it was evident that he genuinely cared about the satisfaction of the guests. It is rare to find a manager who takes the time to interact with guests personally, and his presence added an extra touch of elegance and respect to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The Mirage Resort ‘s animation team deserves special recognition for their professionalism and dedication.

We had an amazing stay. The triple room was very spacious, clean and confortable the daily decoration and attention by Leila made the stay more memorable. The beach was time was very enjoyable and had a great service by the Plagiste Lotfi. The food was delicious and served on the beach with great care. The breakfast and diner buffet was very varied and tasty. We will certainly be back.

The staff was amazing. We arrived late at night and they prepared dinner even though we were past dinner time. The rooms were clean, the bed was good.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the lady in the reception Rym is so helpful. The location is very good in the middle of Hammamet
