Really good reception, great staff all around, awesome room and view from the big balcony (and bed even). Toilet had the option of dimming light, which is nice in the nighttime. Bed and beddings were really comfortable, and there was a pillow menu as well. TV had channels in French, German, portugese and English, possibly more. Breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly desire, even someone cooking you omelettes after choice, bubbles for mimosa (or clear), and several juices were available as well. Didn't try the buffet dinner but had room service, and that was fine. Pools were heated as described, and there were plenty of sunbeds and room all around. Overall, it's a really good option, and we'd love to come back!

The location is exceptional - we were there mostly to hike. The resort is separated from any city existence and is surround by water with corresponding beautiful views. We are not normally the all-inclusive big resort types, but did so in this case due to the location and few other choices in this area. At first, the impression was that this was a mistake. It is highly developed and gave a bit of a snooty feel (dress code in restaurants for example). But on the second day, we started to appreciating the location (and our room) so much as well as the outstanding food options (we are vegetarian - fruit and vegetable selection was excellent) in the main dinning area (no dress-code there), that everything that might not be our style disappeared into the background. The staff was kind and friendly, which also enhanced the experience.

The design of the hotel is fantastic! The rooms are beautiful and clean, thanks to housekeeping twice a day! Thanks for the little attention on our pillows ;) Charles and his bold collegue (don’t know his name, sorry) at the reception are doing an amazing job. And last but not least Jorge, responsable for breakfast, runs from left to right to make sure everybody is happy and presentation of the food is up to standard. He was very helpfull to us and our baby! Congrats to the entire The Vine staff.

The property was extremely well maintained with great facilities. The staff were a particular highlight - they were warm, welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

This is an excellent hotel. Quiet and private. The staff were amazing, where literally everyone was friendly, welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. They each went out of their way to make it a memorable stay. The view from the suite, infinity pool and dining areas is absolutely incredible (and worth the higher price tag). To top it off, the daily all-inclusive breakfast and dining experience at Avista restaurant was fantastic. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Amazing staff, garden, hotel room, facilities were topnotch, breakfast buffet was to die for and the gardens and swimming pool just wonderful. Lots of good restaurants along the promenade.

Belmond Hotel Reid’s Palace is an absolute bucket list destination with incredible character. The rock pools were a standout feature, and we wished we could stay longer. Highly recommended!
