The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The technician is very efficient. I'm having trouble connecting the TV with my phone, then the maintenance staff come and help until he is sure that I am able to watch the show on the TV. My children enjoy every facility and activities (such as feeding the fish). There are a variety of food options such as restaurant Chef Wan, burgerlab & the hotel dining. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Our stay at imperials klcc by Opus was sensational. The customer service was top notch with Faizal taking so much extra care to make sure all our needs were met. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment, and I must say it deserves a 10/10 rating.
