Where can i start? From the beginning to the end everything was perfect. Being from Europe we are not use to have such a good service and and Mexico its something normal but especially in this Hotel is was another level. I definitely recommend to stay in CasaBakal if you want to have direct access to the lagoon. The views are amazing, the installations are beautiful and well maintained... it's very comfortable and you have all you need! SUP, kayak, pool, restaurant. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.
