Excellent service - in particular, there was strong snow at the day when we checked out that our car could not move. The staff helped us to find and install the tyre chain so that we can move on to the next destination. I reserved the room in another website with the need of private onsen in the room. The staff was very responsive for my inquiries but since the other booking site cannot address my question, I changed to book in booking.com. Hotel staff could confirm my request immediately after my new booking. Food is nice and portion is about right. There won’t be too many food left.

Fantastic dinner and breakfast provided. We stayed 3 nights and the hotel provided 3 different dinner menus! The quality of the dinner was outstanding! Truly worth the high price we paid. Parking was ample. The Onsen was great, with both outdoor and indoor pools.

Fantastic luxurious and elegant location with beautiful architecture, excellent food, in room Onsen and great service. We stayed four nights with our seven months old baby and everything was perfect! Take one of the top floor rooms if you can effort it. The view is great!
