The staff were all very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience. This also extended to activities outside the hotel as well as the services and facilities inside the hotel. We all felt very looked after and had one of the best hotel experiences at the Conrad.

The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station. The room was, quiet, very clean and really comfortable, with great views of the city skyline. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of foods. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We appreciated a lot the fact that they offered a gift for my husband's birthday (nice chocolates and a bottle of wine). We really felt welcomed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The hotel’s location was excellent — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat from the city’s bustle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The service throughout our stay was consistently attentive without being intrusive. A standout feature was the excellent Chinese restaurant on-site — the food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
