The room was very comfortable and new, shower (!!!!) and view were incredible, butler service was beyond expectations and we had an extremely helpful and nice butler who showed us around and pampered us throughout out stay, food at the italian restaurant and drinks and snacks at the bar were delicious, couldn’t recommend more!

An absolutely awesome hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. Also there is a communal bath from the hotel that left nothing else to wish for. We will definitely stay there again when we visit osaka next time.
