We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is stunning, impeccably maintained, and designed for comfort, with cozy beds and an excellent shower that made every moment relaxing. One highlight was the delicious cappuccino served at breakfast—truly a morning treat! What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Stefan was incredibly helpful, checking webcams each morning to recommend the best places to explore. Veronica and Alessandro also provided valuable tips that made our trip even more memorable. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Stefan, Veronica, Elisa, Alessandro, and the entire team. Me and my wife stayed here for 7 nights and liked everything about this hotel. Breakfast excellent, very clean hotel and smells nice also and the location of the hotel could not be better and also the nice views. you can reach any place in less than 90mins. Restaurants around are also good and plenty. Last word, the hotel is family run and they are great persons.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The staff's hospitality was outstanding – they were always friendly and attentive. The food was a highlight, with delicious breakfasts and dinners that exceeded my expectations. Every meal was fresh and flavorful. I recommend it. The whole was really good. Next to the lift from the car park which was ideal because I had 3 backpacks full of gear. Close to nice restaurants, beautiful views by the windows, very cute and well equiped apartment, jacuzzi and sauna in the basement (is a shame I had delayed flights and couldn’t enjoy it) everything super clean. Excellent staff 10/10 very communicative, attentive, helpful and friendly.

Very convenient location which is easy to reach several good restaurants around, Very close to Prati di Sant'Orso for staying with the nature, Good services and thoughtful of the hotel staff on details, By the way, would recommend La Cave de Cogne Osteria & Bottiglieria, 5 minutes by walk from the hotel, under the same hotel group, who offers typical/good food & services.
