The Homestay is only a 15 minute walk to the old city centre and tuk tuks are easy to catch from a short distance away. We thought that the accommodation itself looked better than the photos. Breakfasts were nice and healthy and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hosts offer any help and advice should you need it.

The best part was being able to hear a sitar performance on the rooftop plaza at night. When I made the reservation, I was told that I needed to transfer half of the room charge to the hotel's account in advance, but due to my lack of knowledge, I could not transfer the money overseas. I inquired with the hotel about this and was told that I could pay at the counter on the day of reservation, which was very helpful. The subsequent communication was also polite and reassuring.

My partner and I were quite unwell when we checked into this hotel, we just needed somewhere comfortable to stay while we recovered. We loved everything about this hotel, the staff were lovely and helpful, the rooms were so comfortable and clean. It was the best shower we had in India. All of the facilities were fantastic and the buffet breakfast was beautiful. The location is really nice and clean and quite close to the train station. There’s also some shops only a 5 minute walk away which is convenient.

Hotel has fantastic location, near Aarti ceremony and Manikarnika ghat. Very nice food. Nice view from roof terrace on river Hanga. Monkeys came to our balcony, it was so cute. We were happy.

Extreme friendly and helpful staff, we felt welcomed from the very first second. All requests were dealt with immediately. The placement is wonderful, directly next to the Ghats, we were walking everywhere. Amazing rooftop!
