The property is very well located, just 5 minutes walk from the city center. The property has multiple pools and has a blue flag beach. The breakfast and dinner had tasty and a wide variety of dishes. The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate all our requests to the best of their abilities.

The breakfast was rich, the staff was friendly and helpful with anything you might need. Their restaurant, called Thalassa. offers very good prices and has a perfect roof bar with an amazing view! Thank you ITANOS!

Wonderful, spacious artistic place equipped with everything you need, in the heart of Sitia and about 5-7 minutes walk from the beach. Great host who gives you great tips about places to visit and restaurants (Taverna Hiona and Xerokampos!). Would definitely stay again!

Modern spacious comfortable villa, good residence with a nice swimming pool and kids playground, convenient parking. Great views on the sea and mountains. Giorgios is responsive (we had an issue with the dishwasher that was fixed within 12 hours)

    Friendly stuff and great location close to restaurants and city centre. Nice SPA, I recommend to visit it. Tasty pancakes and omelettes during breakfast. Good animation even if you not speak French.

    Lovely hotel and fabulous service. Very nice breakfast. Not short of anything. The pool and beach areas were clean and comfortable as well as the pool bar where we ordered delicious pizza and salad. The massage at the spa was fantastic. Great location!

    The sympatic personnel reception, cleaning, breakfast, spa, bars, cooking. The rapidity to answer of our requests. The accessibility to the Beach. The three pools. The sea view from the room. The meals diversities, and congratulations for the special cooking and grill corner. The diverses of relaxing locations. Beautiful place. The personal known their clients, and the most of them spoke French. The shop inside the hotel was very practice.
