After finishing a hike on the 177-mile Offa’s Dyke, this hotel made the perfect reward. Our warm and cozy room had a great view of the ocean as the sun set. Best of all, the shower pressure was the best I’ve ever seen in the UK. Well appreciated! The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were especially nice. We’d happily return here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food at reasonable prices. Spa was fantastic, I had 2 treatments which were very good, and the gym was modern with plenty of choice. The beds were very comfortable and the room clean.

We had an amazing stay at this lodge! It was incredibly cosy and felt like a true home away from home. The beds were comfortable, ensuring we all had a great night’s sleep and the quality of the lodge was outstanding throughout. The kids loved it too, especially the board games, and there were so many thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra special. The location was ideal, with easy access to onsite amenities. Location was convenient for outings. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy time together as a family and can’t wait to return. We usually go to Haven parks but this lodge was by far the best we have stayed in and the entertainment was very good for the kids. There was a Lyons 100 year celebration party while we were there which was brilliant, particularly the fire work display. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect, family-friendly getaway!

The caravan was tidy, clean, full of necessary tools. Tracy seems to keen on the visitors satisfaction by providing almost everything. The sofa, bed, and dining table are clean. No smiles or dirty found. We are a family and we all had a wonderful experience. Sure will be back later. If you plan to experience a caravan lifestyle, Tracey’s caravan is one of the best.
