Amazing location next to the canal with bars and restaurants and opposite the Merry Hill shopping centre. It was an amazing room on the 4th floor ( I love it), and the view was absolutely incredible. Good and big gym and a very good SPA with sauna, streaming room, big jacuzzi, and a big pool ... Smiling staff and helpful. I really enjoyed it. This was a most wonderful property. All members of staff were really nice and helpful. Hotel location in the midst of lush greenery and the historic wonder of the structures were amazing. The room was quite large and the shower refreshing. Breakfast was really good and staff especially helpful. Walking around the grounds is unforgettable.

We booked a standard room for a single night to celebrate our anniversary. On arrival, we were told that we had been upgraded to a bigger room at the front desk. When we got to the room, we were so pleasantly surprised due to the beautiful features of the room. There was a beautiful star lit bath, kitchenette & living room suite downstairs and upstairs, the bathroom and bedroom. We had such a wonderful weekend & will be back in the near future to try the restaurant and spa facilities! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

The communication with the owner was excellent from the start. On arrival, I sent a quick message and she immediately came out to greet me and direct me to where I could park, which was really helpful. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything I could possibly need. I slept so well in a very comfortable bed, and the whole place was beautifully quiet. Although the property is on a residential estate in Nechells, don’t let that put you off, it’s a real hidden gem. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again without hesitation.
