booking.com made an error with our booking - the hotel were not even expecting us! despite this being no fault of the hotel, the staff apologised profusely and upgraded us to the most beautiful suite. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. thank you!

We had very good stay. The hotel is literally on the slopes so we could snowboard just right out the door. The hotel has really young vibe and we enjoyed that. There were quite many options for breakfast. Facilities for everything are very good. We did get to meet the manager of the hotel and she was super friendly and attentive to make sure we had a great stay. We had massages and it was a very pleasant experience to recover after the day on the mountain. We were able to book massage on the same day which was rather surprising to have the availability for us. There is a couples room that has heated massage boards. Don’t expect super firm massage but the recovery massage really works and does wonders. The hotel can really take care of your ski luggage and park the car. It’s a good option since you might spend quite some time looking for a spot in almost full garage. The restaurant plays some great tunes from 80’s. The bar had a great Negroni and wine options were very good.
