The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay: a swimming pool, spa, paddle courts, and a modern gym with all the essential equipment. We regretted not bringing sportswear — the gym was great and we would have loved to use it. Our room was spacious with a view of the pool, a very large and comfortable bed, crisp white linens, bathrobes, and slippers. The bathroom was well-equipped — even included a toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast was tasty — I recommend including it in your booking. There’s also a nice summer terrace, restaurant, and conference room on-site. A cozy place with a resort-like atmosphere — perfect for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely come back for a longer stay!

Perfect size for our family of 5 in great location Frédéric was a perfect host providing lots of great information about Madrid, places to visit, tapas to try etc. Breakfast at the local bakery was a feature of our morning and the very friendly staff made it a pleasure.

The beds are really comfortable. Everything is always clean and the kitchen area is great. Location is excellent and staff are helpful and friendly.

Location: central, amazing neighbourhood with a happy yet calm and quite vibe, Lots of nice restaurants around, beautiful main street with a wide boulevard at one side and small nice private streets at the other side 2. rooms: spacious, clean, renovated, with personal items available (mini bar, water, shower supplies...) good smell, quite, beautiful view to the street with balcony, snow clean towels and sheets, water fountain in the floor to refill the water bottles 3. Front desk: the reception people were not only polite, but also knowledgeable and helpful and quick with good English. We were treated with respect and care and in a timely manner

One of the best hotels I've ever been to... everything was impeccable! Congrats to the guest experience, reception and concierge teams! Location is also perfect, steps away from the subway!
