Everything! The staff was amazing in every department, friendly yet professional. The room spacious - clean, and nice view from the balcony. I was offered a piece of cake for my bday which shows that they take care of their customers, little attentions like this goes a long way! The ambiance at night (it was Sant Joan) with live music was so cool! The pools area is also very beautiful. The breakfast buffet was a real feist, so many options! I really loved staying there. We will return for sure. I recommend 1000%

Everything about this hotel is fabulous. My son and I loved our stay. The staff were extremely friendly. A big shout to Mercè on reception and also another woman whose name I didn't get. They helped my son get his phone back when he left it in the taxi after arriving. Oscar in the bar was extremely friendly and my son loved him. The hotel was extremely clean, all modern facilities and food was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect hotel! The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were given a free room upgrade, everything was clean and well maintained. The food was varied and delicious. The location was excellent, and our room faced the pool – we didn’t hear any noise at night.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It is just a couple of minutes from the sea, restaurants and bars, 5 minutes from a large store and a bus stop. The hotel has a very friendly and qualified staff at the reception, who is always ready to help. The problems that we had were solved immediately. For example, one day our safe didn't open, another day the neighbors had a party in the room in the middle of the night and it was impossible to sleep. In both cases, we were literally told: "Don't worry, we'll solve everything right away" and so it happened. The restaurant had excellent dinners: very diverse and made from high-quality products. But you need to keep in mind that for those who do not have all-included, drinks for dinner are required payment, and for those who have all-included, only juices, cola, water are free of charge. I will recommend this hotel to my friends
