A real classy hotel with excellent facilities. The rooms are big and a pleasure to stay in. The sauna, swimming pool and spa are great as is the gym. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast and a nice bar area.

This was the best hotel that we stayed in. The breakfast was delicious the variety of food was good. We really enjoyed the afternoon snack. Dinner was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. bed and pillows very comfy. Bathroom was also spacious and modern. The location was excellet. The service from all the staff at Hotel Zugspitz was awesome!

Me and my wife traveled with a baby boy 1 year and 10 months old , The hotel exceeded our expectation , For the first time I felt as I owe to them, Staff is very responsive and helpful , I would like specially to thank, Mr Bozilov and Svetlana from reception . We were with breakfast, lunch and dinner . Quality of food is excellent , very delicious , Service in restaurant exceeded my expectation . Location is very quiet , it makes stay relaxing And joyful . Outdoor and indoor space are enough to Serve all needs for all Ages ! The whole experience starts with a scenic view in a cable car, then we had a great dinner and got to enjoy the outdoor pool and spa. The room was big and cozy, modern and had a huge terrace. The restaurant staff was super friendly.

The hotel is brand new and location is great in the middle of the mountains. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a modern design. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the facilities in the hotel, especially the sauna and the steam bath. Overall great experience.
