Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The bed was great and so comfortable; I slept like a baby. There was a good selection of cable channels (in English). I stayed some nights in a private room with air conditioning and own bathroom and shower and some nights in a dormitory (4beds) with own shower and bathroom and air conditioning as well. There is a spa as well and sauna included . Quite. Very good breakfast for reasonable price and restaurant. Located close to historic center and close to public transportation.
