This is probably the most beautiful place in Switzerland we’ve been to. Very nice rooms with amazing views (even the mountain view), excellent breakfast, very kind personnel always helpful, many options for eating, all very good (especially the Titschli), lovely bar lounge with a wonderful pianoman singing in the evenings (thank you G D Angelo for the enchanting after dinner music), fabulous spa and very good kids spa too (enjoyable by parents as well), not to mention the incredible scenery surrounding the place, and really good ski school. Everything was perfect. They had the best service we have ever experienced, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were one of the friendliest people i’ve ever met, the bartender even teached us how to play pool! the place was so nice and clean, the beds were so comfy, and the balcony had the best view of the mountain, we felt really welcomed, they even gave us free welcoming drink and cake and when we checked out they give us free water bottles and chocolate and a ride to the train station.. Honestly worth every penny, BEST HOTEL EVER, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!! :D

The apartment was perfect for what we needed! We were able to use the well equipped kitchen and got to enjoy the living space. There were many snacks and items in the fridge for us to enjoy. We entered the apartment after a full day of skiing so we were ready to relax, which the apartment delivered, the bathrooms are lovely, bedrooms are comfortable and there is even a fireplace and wood outside for us to use. However the best part was yet to come when we woke in the morning to a stunning view!

The view for the balcony is astonishing! Swimming pool was the main reason we selected this hotel and it is for sure one of the best we experienced! Saunas area is also great (only inconvenience or advantage to someone that it is naked only saunas) Rooms are much better than on the hotel pictures. Great location. Engelberg is a great town to enjoy maintains and the hotel is in the center of it.
