The hotel is amazing in every way. The room is spacious and clean, with spectacular mountain view. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful; a special shout out to Andrew for the amazing guidance on the local attractions. The breakfast was simply delicious; with cook to order eggs and coffee. We love the coin laundry as well. Simply sum up, it's perfect!

One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. To whoever thinking to book this place, don’t judge the room by its picture. In reality the room is way better then the picture !! We book for 2 rooms and the reception giving us a connecting room. We are traveling with a children and this is very valuable to us. The hotel rated 4 stars, but it is underrated, it should be 5 stars. The breakfast is good, hotel staff is superb !!! The room is superb, comfortable, clean and luxurious.
