It has become our tradition to visit this hotel every year, and it never disappoints. Due to a technical issue, our room wasn’t available upon arrival, but we were kindly given a wonderful upgrade instead. As always, everything was excellent. The room was huge, the supper the first night was truly exceptional. We stayed at a time when very few other guests were there, so it was very quiet - also the SPA area was equally quiet. The pool and Sauna are small but great, especially considering often we were the only visitors. Staff was great.

Breakfast and dinner were amazing - enough choices for a 3-year-old kid too :-) lunch break was excellent as well - the entire food service just amazing. Additionally, all the people working there were SUPER friendly, and Mr. Stoiser was an excellent host ALSO to kids :-)!!!!

We are trying out various spas in the Styrian "Thermen & Vulkanland". We appreciated visiting in the off-season (January) and enjoyed the inside and outside thermal swimming pools and five different saunas. The dinner was really excellent and good value for money. Can only recommend taking the half-board.
