The apartment was spotless and comfortably spacious, perfect for our family of seven. Facilities were uber! Everything is new and in good state. Staff are very professional. Pool area is peaceful and relaxing. There is a shuttle to the airport and you can arrange a ride with the hotel staff very easily and quickly. Restaurant food is great and well priced for the quality. Breakfast is ok too (buffet) but a bit expensive (in case it’s not included in your booking and you have to pay it).

My apartament was spotless, spacious and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect. The accommodation was great. Staff were very welcoming on arrival. Spa was wonderfully relaxing in the morning after the fantastic breakfast. The breakfast tasted great and you had different choices to suit everyone. The view from the restaurant was very pleasant. We will definitely come here again!

Outstanding hotel on the first line beach in Durrës , Plazh area . Huge new rooms as per the photo on booking. Every room has a very comfortable bed , silky white bedsheets , huge bathroom with all amenities, shampoo, soap, sleepers , towels , hair dryer. Room has sleeping area , sitting area equipment with comfortable armchairs , huge TV and a jacuzzi in the room. As a family of 3 adults we had 2 rooms and they were nearly identical with 2 balconies equipped with chairs and tables overlooking the sea. Outstanding view of the beach. Very good WI-Fi. Free parking available inside the propriety, excellent restaurant, tasty food and outstanding bar . People working are so friendly and helpful that you feel like at home . In the hotel all speak fluent Italian and English so no problems of communication.It’s only 30min driving from Tirana.We will definitely come back and there is no other place that we will stay than VIVAS hotel.

We stayed from September 1st to 5th as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). For our 9-month-old baby, a crib with a comfortable mattress was kindly provided. The room was spotlessly clean, the kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed, and the veranda overlooking the garden was the perfect place to relax. The whole property is very quiet and peaceful. The beach is within walking distance, so there was no need to use the car — a big plus when traveling with kids. We will definitely come back at the first opportunity!
