Whatever request we had, they tried hard to meet it! They also carried out extra efforts to make our Christmas a special one! Serkan was a very friendly staff member who was quick to answer to any questions we had and helped us out all the time...including whilst skiing! The room is also very cosy and the food was always plentiful and good. Definitely a hotel to recommend!

We came from Canada to ski at Palandoken and decided to stay at this hotel based on positive reviews and fair price. It did not disappoint! We enjoyed a very comfortable stay during the 7 nights at Saka Life. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Staff is all very friendly and welcoming. Even with the language barrier, we were able to understand how kind these people are. Communicating via the translator app was always pleasant, and customer service was excellent. They were all so helpful. Even washing our laundry for a reasonable fee. A special mention for the woman who prepares breakfast each morning, we enjoyed all of our meals. The included breakfast was fresh and sufficient. Internet, room heating, and hot water all worked well. Location has many shops and restaurants in walking distance and the ski hill is only a short drive away. Also, the historical sites of Erzurum such as the castle and Çifte Minareli Medrese were very interesting. We recommend this hotel and would happily return ourselves.
