The Nomad Inn Gujo terletak di daerah Gujo Hachiman bagi Gujo, 46km dari Gero Station, 1-minit berjalan kaki dari Rensho-ji Temple dan 100m dari Joinji Temple. The house is in the historic center, in an beautiful street next to the river. Masa, the host, was super kind and helpful. We had a great time in Gujo, I totally recommend it

The owner and his mother were so kind, they gave us many advice and news about the current event and matsuri. The house is a lovely japanese one with a nice view on the river. It was very big and comfortable for our family. All necessary equipment (bath, laundry, towels, kitchen..);and also nice gifts 😁. It also work like a small conbini as you can buy noodle, drinks whatever you need in the house.

Such a perfect stay - we were blown away. The place is in a very beautiful onsen village in a quiet part of Japan. Super easy to get to from Takayama & to visit Kamikochi. The owners were so kind & accomodating. We had a huge traditional bedroom complete with futon, tea & kimono. Private outdoor onsens we could use as a couple. The food was absolutely incredible. Soooo much love & thought went into every course. It was the best meal of the trip. Thank you so much for having us!

Situated in a tranquil area in Gifu Region, a 52-minute drive away from JR Takayama Station, Mozumo boasts a hot-spring bath and rooms decorated with modern Japanese interior. The dinner was excellent, as was the private onsen in the room. The staff were wonderful.

This is a beautiful hotel, clean, and with very friendly staff. It has private onsens as well as female and male ones. It's about a 10 min walk from the ski field and 5 mins from the bus station. The rooms are well heated and come with private bathrooms.

Reopened after renovation in 2022, Auberge Hidanomori is situated in quiet hills, a 10-minute shuttle ride from JR Takayama Station. Wonderful family run Auberge with beautiful comfy beds overlooking the forest. Lovely baths with gorgeous toiletries. A little out of town but a shuttle is offered for transportation. Fabulous dinner with a very unusual but delicious wine pairings. Breakfasts were delicious.

Offering traditional Japanese-style accommodation with spacious public baths, Yatsusankan Over 6 years old is a 6-minute walk from JR Hidafurukawa Train Station. The most unique experience in Japan! Totally recommend this ryokan if looking for an authentic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, the facilities breathtaking and the staff super friendly!

Nature and the mountains around the town was astonishing

Really nice and cosy accommodation. The hosts were very friendly and went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. Highly recommend.
