She was, kind and wonderful, very personable, and spoke English too, since my Italian is limited. The room has everything you would need it is quiet, walking distance to the duomo San Matteo, wish I could stay longer. Check out was very easy, as is checking in.

Plus, the apartment's decoration is just in place with the surroundings and the overall vibe of the Asiago and Sette Comuni region.

The location is incredible, in the center of town, 5 min walk to the bridge, 2 minutes to get coffee or food. Breakfast every morning was incredible. Lou's English is amazing as well so she helped highlight all of the spots I should check out based on my interests. Such a great stay!

Hotel Europa Residence is set on the main street in Asiago town centre. It offers a traditional restaurant with snack bar, a free wellness area and free bikes. Breakfast was a good traditional italian spread. The service was wonderful and attentive. My baby was able to eat with us comfortably at the tables in both the breakfast dining area and the restaurant downstairs. The elevator, halls and room were spaceous for our small family. The staff was pleasant, spoke very fluent English, and volunteered themselves to help us at every turn. I would highly recommend them to friends. Our baby's provided crib was also comfortable and safe, fitting into the room easily.
