Room was clean and comfortable with awesome view on the city, especially at night the view was so beautiful!

Maia is really helpful and easy to communicate, I could have checked in a bit earlier and i'm really grateful for this opportunity and kindness to Maia, Mziuri park is two step from the building, probably there is even direct entrance from the condo's territory

Host was outstanding person. The apartment felt home right away. it is located in the best part of central Tbilisi. surrounded with cute coffee shops, good restaurants, super markets and local shops. Close to the historic part, the arts and Opera theater, in a short taxi ride to the Mountain park. Highly recommendable!!

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building, in the courtyard we were able to park a car for free. There was bottled water in the room, for which special thanks. And all things for living was there. In terms of price and quality, I think it is one of the best offers. We recommend. Among the features: the check-in is contact, through a polite relative of the hostess, we were met and escorted. The apartment is on the third floor with a small staircase leading to it.

A great little apartment with everything you could want for a short stay. It’s very central and easy walking distance to all the main sites. The hostess was kind and prompt with all messages. I made the mistake of leaving my phone charger when I left. After contacting her, she said she had found it and kept it for me for 10 days when I returned to Tbilisi. I totally recommend staying here.

It even has a large kitchen. The design is a bit unusual, but nice. Wi-fi is fast. You have enough plugs in the room which is also important. Very welcoming owners.
