Giorgi assisted us with everything from check-in until check-out, making sure everything was up to the residence's usual standards; and Lili was super helpful and got in touch before our stay to help and advise about accomodation, and checking in during our stay to make sure all was well. They really made us feel like we were at home and didn't need anything. I have never seen better staff anywhere! The penthouse was amazing and beyond our expectations, with top cleanliness, high-tech installations and state-of-the-art appliances.

They picked us up from the airport, helped us with getting SIM card and currency exchange. Every morning, we have amazing and nutritious breakfast. Some times my mom and I need to leave early for the tour, and the host still provides us with breakfast! The room is beautiful with a big terrace. There’s a bus station downstairs and the subway station is within walking distance. There are several grocery stores nearby as well. I strongly recommend this hotel if this is your first time visiting Tbilisi

Very comfortable and calm place of stay, 2 line from Chavchavadze avenue, so there is no car noise.The building is new, well maintained, the flat is comfortable and clean, comfortable bed and sofa so i could have rested and slept very well. Maia is really helpful and easy to communicate, I could have checked in a bit earlier and i'm really grateful for this opportunity and kindness to Maia, Mziuri park is two step from the building, probably there is even direct entrance from the condo's territory

There was air conditioning in every room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, nothing was missing. Host was very helpful and flexible. responded very quickly and willingly. We had a cloth dryer and steam iron in the apartment when we arrived. He also provided us with suggestions about where to buy SIM cards for the internet, and what places to explore first of all. Loved the location and the host was really friendly. He took us to best coffee shop, where we went all our mornings for really good coffee. There were free toothbrushes and shower gel, whitch is pretty amazing. Beds were comfortable! There is a local fruit Market literally next to our apartement and really friendly sellers. We had such a good experience, thank You!

Perfect location, so close to old town but also other interesting parts of the city and right in the hustle and bustle of Orbeliani. Looks exactly like pictures and incredibly clean. Balcony was great to enjoy the views and sounds of Tbilisi. Great communication with host. Overall excellent value for money.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with fresh bed linen and everything we needed for a cozy stay. The sofa could be easily made up, which was a great option for us. There were lots of thoughtful little things both in the bathroom and the kitchen - from toiletries to kitchen essentials, which made our stay feel very convenient and homely. The space is well-organized with plenty of tables and surfaces, perfect for working or relaxing. The view into the courtyard is incredibly beautiful - one of the most memorable things about the apartment. The location is absolutely perfect, with numerous cafes and shops literally right outside the door. The hosts and other residents were polite, friendly, and welcoming. We arrived late at night, and they were kind enough to meet us at a time that worked best for us, show us everything, and make us feel at home. This place will be treasured in our memories because it is where we stayed in Georgia when we got married:) Overall, we would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Menawarkan pemandangan bandar, Jeji's apartment menawarkan penginapan dengan bar dan balkoni, kira-kira 14-minit berjalan kaki dari Dataran Freedom. The place is warm and really spacious. It even has a large kitchen. The design is a bit unusual, but nice. Wi-fi is fast. You have enough plugs in the room which is also important. Very welcoming owners.
