Various choice from the buffet and a la cart. I loved the smoothies. The chalet is serving cheese fondue and has mountain charm. We loved the pool area, specially after 18:00 when it’s adults only till 22:00. Shuttle service to the ski lift works great.

Great location. Right near multiple supermarkets and a shuttle bus stop and easily walkable to the train station. They use a digital key on an app to get in and out and contact you, all very easy! Amazing views of the local area and very cosy with everything you might need in a kitchen. They even supplied us with a fresh baked cake for our arrival which was a very cute touch. Comfy beds and very warm heaters to keep you toasty in the cold months. It's a nice mixture of the benefits of a "local" accommodation stay (cute building, kitchen, laundry, personal touch, etc) but with the advantages of a small hotel (they still have a luggage room if needed etc).

Emma's Hotel - Bed & Breakfast features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Lungern, 1.4 km from Lungern-Turren-Bahn. The hotel was pleasant surprise - many interesting and stylish details on every step. Room was quite large and also stylish. Great breakfast with wide variety of dishes and great service. We enjoyed our take-away dinners on public terrace with great view. There was also some free tea and coffee as well as possibility to get hot water and keep our fresh food in the fridge. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Across the street there was a train station, but in the room with closed windows we didn't hear anything. If you are a runner, then there are some great paths nearby.

Service by the staff were super nice and friendly and the place is first class.

GRAND your home with common kitchens with self check-in is centrally located in Engelberg, next to the village´s train station and 600 metres from both Titlis Rotair Cable Car and Gerschnialp -... The kitchen is amazing. The staff very friendly. The terrace with the fire and the hot chocolate gathering. Al very clean and confortable beds. Ski bus stop just in front of the entrance. We parked for free

In Sarnen, 2 km from the Sarnensee Lake, the self-catered Apartments Chalet Wirz Travel offers an air-conditioned apartment with free WiFi and free private parking on site. The apartment had more than enough parking, was really warm, cozy and clean. Host was so generous with tons of welcome food and wine. It was equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. Just felt like home. Sarnen was a nice quiet town with a 50 minute drive to Interlaken, a bit closer to Luzern. Next time I won't be going all the way to Interlaken, but there are tons of places to enjoy near Sarnen. Would love to come back soon.
