The staff in the main hotel were very nice and helpful. you can do self check-in in the main hotel building (above the parking) or at the apartment building. the room was new, stylish, clean and comfortable. equipped with coffee machine and kettle. the location is amazing, right in the old city center. we had access to the spa area in the main hotel free of charge and got robes at the reception. we had a great stay and wish we could stay for more than one night.

This was one of those cases when both the apartment and the hosts exceeded all expectations. I booked this place for my parents — they are still active, but already of respectable age — and thanks to the exceptional support from Tanya and the host Walter, their visit to Innsbruck became a wonderful, stress-free adventure full of impressions. Even while my parents were still on their way, Tanya arranged and sent them a QR code for free use of local public transport — it was incredibly convenient and helpful. Upon arrival, Walter met them at the building, showed them where to leave their luggage and offered a cozy lobby with coffee to rest while waiting for check-in. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed. The additional option of a fold-out bed came in handy — for older people it was really comfortable to have the possibility to rest on separate beds. The location is easy to reach from Innsbruck main train station, and all main tourist attractions are nearby. Beautiful view from the window, and the hosts stayed in touch throughout the stay.

It really made us feel welcomed and well looked after. The apartment itself was nothing short of perfect. It was beautifully set up, stylishly furnished, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the high-quality amenities to the cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Every room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It’s clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining the apartment and ensuring their guests have the best experience possible. We’ll definitely be back next time we're in the area — it was a wonderful stay all around!
