The host was very kind and very friendly. She greeted us with whisky when we arrived, and told us the story of Gordon House. She also gave us a good recommendation for dinner (as she doesn't provide it herself on weekdays anymore). The room was clean, and everything was as described. The building is old, so don't expect fancy modern interiors, but everything is clean and the owners constantly work on improving it. And I must mention that the full Scottish breakfast was very good.

Had an amazing stay. Super comfortable room and fantastic breakfast every morning. Host was wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home as well as give truly helpful advice and great recommendations.
