Very comfortable, nice lounge area and outdoors area, very kind staff.

The apartment is in a great location and the price is good, also the size and the condition of the furniture.

We booked Rocky Pop at very short notice when we lost the electricity supply to our holiday rental appartment shortly after arriving and had to find alternative accommodation quickly for the rest of our stay We couldn't have made a better choice and our rate was excellent value. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, stored our luggage from early morning and allowed us to check in hours ahead of the official time. Our fourth floor studio apartment was spacious and elegantly decorated in dark blue and neutral tones with colour accents, and included a huge comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a good-size oval dining table and chairs, a large smart TV, and a separate toilet and bathroom with a full-sized bath and a very effective over-bath shower. We had tons of storage space, daily housekeeping and everything was in excellent repair and spotlessly clean. While the hotel was busy and seemed popular with young families, our room was very quiet and we slept very well. We ate in the hotel's casual (and popular) diner-style restaurant on one evening and the menu was varied and tasty. The reception area had unlimited free tea/coffee and still/sparkling water available for guests. Check in and out was very easy, and all of the staff we encountered were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The hotel has a youthful, fun vibe but we didn't feel at all out of place as older guests. The location is very central in an attractive area within easy walking distance from all of the sights, with a tram stop just two minutes' walk away (four stops to the railway/bus station). There's a couple of supermarkets just across the road, a fruit and vegetable shop virtually next door, with a cheese shop, bakery, wine shops, cafes, restaurants, etc just along the street. Highly recommended!

Good location close to the railway station, but quite. Very maintained appartment, balcony, air condition. The kitchen contains everything. Parking. Friendly host. Additional thanks for koffer padd and the olive oil. And sharp knifes.

The owners were very friendly and helpful when we arrived in the middle of the night. The apartment is actually a small (annex) cottage next to the owner's house with equipped kitchen, extra bed-room and sofabed in the living room. We found everything we needed but just stayed for the night (as the road into the Tarantaise was blocked), so not too much else I could say.

Really superb location in the old town. ! minute walk to nearest Tram stop, Trams in Grenoble are an excellent way to get around, to note Taxis proved difficult to get hold of. Another general Grenoble point, the Actibus to and from town is excellent and at 60E pp much cheaper than a taxi would be - not that there were any taxis at the airport when we arrived, nor the train station when we reached there. Lots of excellent local restaurants nearby and supermarket across the road from the entrance open all day until 20:00. Plus lots of coffee, croissant and cake places for breakfast. The accommodation itself was clean and cosy and well decorated; (tall) teenage daughter used the sofa bed in the living room, it was comfy enough. Well stocked kitchenette had everything we needed and bathroom was good. We didn't get to use the balcony or garden (cold and rainy), but I imagine that these would both be really nice in the summer - the apartment/balcony faces west and even in winter if the sun is shining gets really warm and toasty in the afternoon. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney etc. The Host was super easy to get hold of and very helpful with questions etc. Would definitely stay again

Very nice and handy place, administration is straight forward, beds towards the calm backyard. In brief: highly recommended!

We fell in love with Grenoble and Lucas’s wonderful apartment at the heart of old town. Breathtaking views of the mountains from the Juliet balconies, airy, spacious apartment with stunning period features and tons of character (think old fireplaces and parquet floors!), outstanding location. Kids were happily entertained car-spotting from the dining room (who needs TV, when you have tram/, busses, cyclists and the cable cars all in motion). Despite being right in the centre, it was not noisy and the shutters did a great job keeping the city lights off at night. On the practical note: all thought through from crisp towels, to a selection of books and kids toys, to well-stocked kitchen (including spices and cooking oils and sugar and dishwasher tablets), to a nice hot shower. Accessible for a pushchair via lift (there are 3 steps at the main door, but they were wide enough to cantilever). Free parking just over the bridge. What makes this apartment even more special are its hosts. Lucas and his family were very kind to us, accommodating an early luggage drop off and luggage storing, resolving our late-evening issues, and then very understanding when our airport taxi was running late. They went out of their way to make us feel at home in the city. We wish Lucas the very best in his family business.

- Beautiful view - Incredible kind staff - A nice bottle of rosé was waiting for us in the fridge on arrival - Close to the center - Clean, tasteful and fully equipped room and kitchen - Incredible shower - Some other review said the building nextdoor was ominous, but it's actually a lot of fun to explore - even kids do it! There's some great graffiti art inside, and very cool views over the mountains from there. - The restaurant is delicious (order the chocolate mousse!), but make sure to make a reservation in advance.
