We spent one night at this hotel and both found it was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in large or small anywhere in the world. Truly exceptional. The service is top class. The restaurant was friendly and served excellent food. The room was beautifully appointed and completely clean. The staff were both efficient and friendly and found out within minutes whether the nearby road over the Col de Tourmalet was open when we had failed to find the information ourselves.

Everything! The apartment was just what we needed and Sandrine and Mathieu gave us a very warm welcome and made a few suggestions of things to do and see. The apartment was spacious and air conditioned and had two little balconies to sit on. Free parking in the car park right outside. Plenty of cafés and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. We liked it so much we stayed for 5 nights and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen so that we could cook for ourselves. Would definitely stay again if we were ever back in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Marie Esther gave us a warm welcome and was really helpful. The appartment is really big, amazing, fully equipped and perfect situated in front of the main square of the lovely village Argeles Gazost. We are definitely planning to come back.
