The staff and owners were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They also responded quickly with questions before the trip. Half-board. The dinners were excellent. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. There was use of a separate, private bathroom. The communal area was well laid out and comfortable. The whole building felt authentic and interesting. The location is truly ski-in/ski-out.

The hotel is very pleasant and it's location was very convenient for the purpose of our trip.

Cosy hotel with sweet rooms and a nice restaurant. The two women working on reception and in the restaurant were super friendly and helpful.

Once inside the hotel, my first impression changed to one of very pleasant surprise. The room was clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good value and offered a good variety of well presented options. Staff very friendly and even called my mobile to explain what to do if I arrived after the reception closed (New Years day). Overall - good value!
