Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable with daily room service. The hotel has Security on the property , visible in the parking lot . The Cafe has just enough offerings and is reasonably priced. Our stay was for 7 days.

This Pleasanton hotel is located in the Hacienda Business Park, near Interstate 580. The hotel is situated on 10.5 acres with an outdoor swimming pool, gardens and lagoons. Staff was great, and the romm was clean and comfortable. Property has a nice garden to relax in if you're 35+ years old. Warm and cozy in the lobby if you're in the cold season.

The property is in the perfect location. You can get to so many areas from this location. They also have ample charging stations for EVs. The main space is a bit outdated but the rest of the hotel is lovely.
