Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel Bangkok. Hotel opposite ICONSIAM with shuttle boat service. We loved everything about this hotel! It’s perfectly located in the heart of Bangkok, with a breathtaking view of the river — the night view is truly magical. The room was spotless, quiet, and the bed super comfortable. The staff were very attentive and spoke good English. The hotel offers a private boat that crosses directly to Iconsiam Mall, and there’s also a public boat pier nearby to visit the temples. The breakfast buffet was incredible — huge, varied, and with both local and international options for every taste. Highly recommended!

Located in the heart of Bangkok, Four Points by Sheraton Bangkok offers stylish air-conditioned rooms equipped with a luxurious bathtub. The level of the hotel and the services provided are more than wonderful. The reception staff were wonderful in providing a high level of service, comfort, courtesy and hospitality, especially Ms. Tong. The location of the hotel was great and close to malls, restaurants and entertainment sites. I would be happy to repeat the experience of staying in this distinguished hotel.

A Truly Unforgettable Stay at Four Points by Sheraton Sukhumvit 22 I recently spent 12 unforgettable nights at the Four Points by Sheraton Sukhumvit 22 in Bangkok, and from the moment I arrived, I felt like I was home. The hotel is brand new, with spacious rooms, beautifully designed bathrooms, and incredibly comfortable mattresses and bedsheets that made every night of rest feel like a dream. The rooftop pool and gym were equally impressive—perfect places to relax and recharge. But what truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person—from the front desk and concierge to the restaurant and housekeeping teams—was kind, smiling, and attentive in that warm, genuinely gracious way that only Asian hospitality can offer. Management was flawless, and it was clear that every detail was thoughtfully supervised daily. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Peter, who went out of his way to share fantastic travel tips with me and my friend. His care and attention made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The restaurant staff was outstanding, but my favorite part of each day was breakfast. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with new treats to try every morning. I especially miss the bread cake and the amazing pancakes! This hotel has truly left a mark on my heart. The experience, the people, and the atmosphere were simply unforgettable. I can’t wait to return.
