Centrally located in OMR the Hotel is near key IT parks, SEZ's, educational hub & shopping malls and welcomes guests to 116 rooms & suites with Four Comfort™ Beds, day- lit meeting spaces, roof top... The friendly attitude of the staff and their dedicated enthusiasm to ensure every aspect of my short stay was catered for. In particular Ram who sorted out my stay and all my requests prior to my arrival. Sriavani at the desk who efficiently dealt with my requests whilst at the property. John and Madhan who were always present when i needed assistance with local amenities. Samir in the restaurant was a great assistance in helping my choices with the local cuisine and attentive to my needs throughout the meals. Sameri was always willing to assist if i had any questions. All in all it was like visiting friends and family who all showed empathy and professionalism throughout my short stay. THANK YOU
