The location is still excellent, and Sheraton can't be responsible for airport construction going on. The staff was uniformly nice and helpful.

a very conveniently located hotel for short stays in Frankfurt when arriving and leaving by plane. The rooms are fine, not fancy, but the beds are very comfortable and the Sheraton has information for those who need to get into Frankfurt city. Also on site restaurants and all hotel facilities. Thanks to the Sheraton for the emailed instructions on finding the hotel from terminal 1 as otherwise it may have been rather difficult.

Extremely close to the S-Bahn stop which made getting to and from the airport very easy. Conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket and two restaurants that are open quite late. Roberta was extremely helpful and kind and had such a lovely personality. She made us feel very welcomed and valued. Excellent customer service skills and a warm spirit. Much better experience compared to the Sheraton or Marriott in the actual airport. If we ever need an airport hotel again, we will be choosing Park Inn.

Standard Sheraton room, no frills, very clean, practical for overnight stay with the next day morning flight. The hotel itself felt like a maze. One needed a map to get around.

Exceptional bell man. He was extraordinary helpful and made a difference to our stay. His contributions was significant and a story to tell. Certainly, our next airport stay will be again at Sheraton.

This little motel is VERY nice, so much nicer than even the Sheraton in the airport. I can highly recommend this airport

Literally inside the T1 terminal airport. Shares lobby with the next door Sheraton. You can see the planes coming, but you can't hear them. Clean and spacious rooms.

Beautiful hotel super close to terminal 1. Walk to train station and you’re almost there. Follow signs to Marriott and Sheraton and you’ll see signs to Hilton and Hilton garden. If you don’t see signs turn around to read signs as you’re walking as you could be, like me, walking in wrong direction.
