The property was clean and as on the pictures. It lies centrally in tam coc, right next to lovely restaurants, cafes and spas. The pool is pretty but it was a bit too cold during our stay to enjoy it. A number of attractions are also reachable by foot or bike. The host is lovely and so helpful! We got a map of all the interesting spots nearby and it was super easy to rent a bike too (motorbike also available) The laundry service was fast and the breakfast tasty as well! There was AC and heat in the unit. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Wooden gate. The accommodation, the cleanliness, the beautiful garden, the breakfast and how welcoming and helpful Lan and her team was. We liked it so much that we wanted to stay one extra night in Ninh Binh. They didn’t have any availability for us but they went above and beyond to find us a place at their neighbours and arranged everything for us (checked us in there and moved all of out luggage while we were out on a tour). They are truly the best!

Terletak 26km dari Kuil Bai Dinh, Nam Nhung Tam Coc Homestay menawarkan penginapan dengan balkoni, serta taman dan teres. We really enjoyed our stay here and ended up here 4 nights. Clean room and spacious bathroom. Good WiFi. Friendly and helpful owners. They can't speak English much but through a translator you will make it work and they will do anything to satisfy your needs. They helped us get a cheaper taxi to Bai Dinh, also organised a limousine from their place to Hanoi for 200k pp. Lovely breakfast every day.! Would definitely come here again!! Thank you guys. The hotel rooms were unreal and the staff were so friendly. Offered us dinner and breakfast everyday and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend. Great location. 5 minute walk from everything. And a gym 5 minutes away aswell.

Beautiful new property by the river. It’s family owned and it feels like a home stay. Hana the owner is incredibly kind and helpful. The property is very peaceful and decorated nicely.

Chinh Thu Garden Retreat mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran, taman dan teres di Ninh Binh. This is an outstanding paradise, a real gem. Beautiful mountainous and green surroundings and grounds, a nice pool, many trails to ride or hike, yet not too far from the surrounding towns . They provide free bikes. In general, the service is excellent. Trung runs the place as if it's his own and goes out of his way to give great service. His English is also good, making communication easy.

The homestay is run by a lovely couple and despite not speaking English, they made sure I felt like home. We communicated through google translate and managed to agree on everything we needed. I arrived very early in the mornig with the sleeper bus from Ha Giang and although it was still night, they came to check me in and let me to my room to have a few hours sleep. Since it's a bit remote place from the hustle and bustle of Tam coc and Ninh Binh, I always ate at the property, and the food was always delicious, and so were the breakfasts. The room was equipped with everything I needed, it was clean, comfortable and spatious. I could even use the air con as a heater since the days were a bit cold. So far it has been the best place I stayed in Vietnam and the owners are extremely nice. I enjoyed the peace and calm of the location, the sunny terrace and borrowed a bike to explore the area. When the weather is hot, there is a swiming pool to use with sunbeds as well. I will definitely come back when I am back in Vietnam. It's a great place to relax and get some energy!
