I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its excellent lakeside location. The staff was exceptional, and getting around was convenient with nearby bus stops. The pool and sauna were great amenities. What impressed me the most was the flexibility of paying later, and the breakfast service was top-notch; I even left a tip for the deserving staff. they give free electric bike and in room have free washing machines to wash clothes which is very rare, being traveler since 2015 i never see this type of services.

Nice and comfortable room perfectly located near the action, but in a very quiet alley. The place was spotless clean and the owner made sure I had everything I needed. He gave many tips on what to visit in Hanoi and where to eat. He was very kind and friendly as well as his family and staff. I highly recommend Evelyn Indochine and I would go back there anytime!

The residence was at a great location about 1-2km away from the Old Quarter, so you're close to the city centre but also at a peaceful distance by the lake, really nice cafe's and a convenience store at the end of the street. All the staff was extremely helpful, shoutout to Phong, Ariel and Celina! The staff is always happy to answer your questions and arrange cars and tours for you to nearby cities as well. The residence was extremely clean and safe. Would definetely recommend

We are so glad we booked with Sao Mai. We stayed for two nights either night of our stay in halong bay. The staff here were incredible, accomodating our every need and even upgrading our room on both occasions. The lobby, room, door and restaurant was all incredible and we truely did enjoy every aspect of the hotel.

Everything was better than we expected. We stayed in several hotels in Vietnam and Studio-Vincent Apartment was the best so far. Everything worked well in the room, the room was clean, the washing machine has a dryer option (it was very helpful so we didn't need to dry clothes in the room. Detergent was also provided). Staff were extremely helpful and professional. Location is a bit far from the centre of the city, but it is very quiet there and easy and quick to book a grab taxi (or ask stuff to help the taxi) and reach any touristic place.
