The beautifully modern and apparently quite new apartments are fully furnished with everything we needed for our one-week stay. The big king-size bed and the chairs were very comfortable. The position was perfect to visit Montevideo on foot or quickly catch public transport. Pool and sauna were also available on the rooftop, with a nice view over the city.

Dark blinds, hot shower and comfortable bed and sofa/bed. Kitchen was modern and well equipped. Flat is super new and well maintained. Avenue was busy (can’t park along it) but not too noisy. The entire apartment is available to use, but as the owner also stay in the same apartment, I only use the kitchen and my part of the apartment. Parking is available in front of the building as street parking, and I believe safe.
