The room was wonderful with its own kitchen facilities and right across the road from the mercantile. The staff were very professional/friendly and the facilities were so much better than we had hoped. We were in the States for 3 weeks and this was our best accommodation by far.

This place was perfect for our family of four! Perfect location-very close to Hochatown, but not that far from Broken Bow either. Inside the house was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was clean (strong chlorine smell! but clean), and large enough for all of us. The house feels a lot large than it actually is, because of the layout and high ceilings. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill, other than basic ingredients. The kids (and husband) loved the arcade games upstairs! The master bathroom was huge and very nice. It has two vanities with sinks, the toilet is separated by a door, and the shower is huge with great water pressure. The neighborhood is very nice, the houses are far enough away for privacy, and lots of roads to go for a long walk. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great time!

WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY FROM THE LOCATION WHICH WAS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING TO THE CLEANINESS, THE FLOW OF THE SPACE AND NOT TO FORGET, IT'S A VERY SEXY INTIMATE AND PERFECTLY FURNISHED RETREAT WHICH IS WHY I CHOSE IT FOR OUR 17 YEAR ANNIVERSARY. THE HOUSE ITSELF IS SOME WHAT SECLUDED BUT STILL CLOSE TO EVERYTHING YOU'LL NEED. FOR US OUR FAVORITE SPACE ON THE PROPERTY WAS THE BALCONY WHICH HAS THE JACUZZI, TV(with streaming sites) FIRE PLACE AND GRILL. SO WE ATE, AND DID EVERYTHING UNDER THE MOON ON THAT BALCONY😉. MATTER OF FACT WE WERE ON THAT BALCONY MORE THAN ANY OTHER AREA IN THAT HOUSE OH YEA, EXCEPT FOR THE BIG WALK THROUGH SHOWER🤭... THE OWNER KEPT IN CONTACT WITH US BEFORE WE GOT THERE. WE GOT TO THE PROPERTY A FEW MINUTES EARLY AND WAS ALLOWED TO ENTER EARLY, WHICH WAS GREAT AFTER A 3 HOUR DRIVE. IF YOUR LIKE ME YOU BRING YOUR OWN EVERYTHING. IF NOT, EVERYTHING THAT YOU WILL NEED IS PROVIDED FROM POTS AND PANS TO TOWELS, LOTIONS AND SHAMPOO. EVEN TRASH BAGS AND DISH WASHING PODS. OH YEA WE COULD NOT FIND THE IRON. WHICH WASN'T A BIGGIE BECAUSE WE ARE IN LAYED BACK GOOD OLE BROKEN BOW OKLAHOMA 😁.
