Sebastião Aqueduct. Housed in a building dating from 2023, this apartment is 2.8 km from Coimbra Football Stadium and 500 metres from University of Coimbra. The property is 400 metres from the city centre and 600 metres from Coimbra-A Train Station. Beautiful, stylish and well equipped apartment with amazing views over the river. Spotlessly clean. Great communication with owner/agent, entry is via key code so no need to carry keys around. Location is perfect, a short walk uphill to the University and a short walk downhill to restaurants, yet in quite a quiet location. (Note that it is on a steep hill so not ideal for those with mobility issues.)

A private entrance leads guests into the chalet, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. This chalet is allergy-free and non-smoking. I like all - from meeting of kind owner, little, but important details in the bathroom, (like teeth brush of bamboo,), we could find all equipments in kitchen, supper breakfast, when even croissant🥐 and bread were warm. I like a lot friendly to health dishes 🫙( i mean bottles from glass to keep milk, jam and butter, i usually use just such, it was perfect!!! ), very good wine, i think it was from local grapes🍇, even virgin olive oil🫒, which owners gave to us to do food. I adored to stay in this cute rustic cottage , soo nice view from little yard to mountains, birds singing in mornings and it was so great to eat in the yard, to smell roses, to enjoy views of mountains, to see sunsets. The village was fantastic, some old houses were from stones too, around olives trees and we could hear romantic church bells. Nearby a village you can find very nice mountain river with stone bridge. Around silence of nature, soooo calm and fantastic, obrigado, superr, adore..It was really great my birthday journey to mountains. 💜💚

The shutters did an incredible job at blocking out noise, so no issues with sleep at all. Beautiful light and breeze in the apartment and people watching from the windows. The host was gracious, super responsive and provided very clear instructions.

There's free parking right by the apartment for 15 mins to offload our luggages. Supermarket and cafes nearby too. The apartment was also well equipped and clean

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Though out-of-the-way if you're walking the Camino, it is well worth it for the experience. We hiked to Condeixa-a-nova and took a taxi to the location. We were greeted by the owner, Tino, who was very friendly, gracious, and hospitable. Our room was great with a nice bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a balcony to sit outside. The kitchen, dining room and living room were lovely and everything very, very clean. It is out in the country with a huge olive grove all around and other trees and plants. Very relaxing setting. I highly recommend this place. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and are so glad we did.
