We liked the location, spaciousness of the home and comfortable beds. There weren’t any directions in the apartment for the WiFi or how to access the pool or billiard table but the host responded quickly to all of our questions. The host also arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. There are not many pots and pans in the kitchen but that was fine for us because we didn’t do much cooking. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there are many wonderful restaurants. We also appreciated the front desk security officers, which made us feel safe and secure. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back again. Thank you Juan!

I was taken aback by how beautiful the apartment was- spacious, clean and very modern. Everything from the bathroom, kitchenette and bed was clean and really nice - great place to relax. Amazing value for money and in a great location to explore Miraflores, I felt extremely safe staying here.

No mention the bonus of three bedroom for all family members.

Boasting a bar and a shared lounge, Ana Frank Boutique Hotel is situated in Lima, 700 meters from Huaca Pucllana and 300 meters from Kennedy Park. Frank was AMAZING! The hotel is a small boutique and truly lives up to its title. Frank was incredibly nice, highly communicative, and a lovely person overall. I absolutely adored his guidebook. Everything was clean and surprisingly well-maintained. While breakfast wasn't extravagantly fancy, it was satisfying enough. The hotel has a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk to Parque Kennedy, the heart of Lima.

Set in the heart of Lima’s upscale Miraflores district, San Martin offers comfortable apartments with free Wi-Fi. Miraflores Beach and Larcomar shopping are a 10-minute walk. Private parking is free. We would really find it hard to criticise San Martin, such a good place to stay in Miraflores. Very clean, lovely spacious apartment, strong wifi, comfortable bed and truly delicious, excellent breakfast. The location is great, Miraflores is full of decent bars and restaurants within a maximum ten minute walk. Helpful staff, excellent stay. Absolutely no negative comments.
