The highlight is the host, she is the most friendliest ever, helps with anything, speaks multiple languages. There is also free coffee, tea, and she often comes around with yummy fruits! You can also get great meals for the best price ever!

We were warmly welcomed and shown around the property, which is beautifully decorated and exceptionally well equipped. From beach towels and toiletries to a washing machine with powder—everything was thoughtfully provided, which was perfect for refreshing clothes after travelling. The apartment’s terrace was absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning ocean view. We especially loved the rooftop hot tub, where we enjoyed sunsets in total relaxation. The pool was a lovely temperature, with plenty of shaded spots, and the hosts were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t leave the area during our 3-night stay—there are fantastic beach bars and a stunning Italian restaurant just steps away. It’s also an ideal base for snorkelling trips to Pigeon Island or Angel Rock. The sea is crystal clear, and the sand is soft and white—a true tropical paradise. The whole experience was the perfect end to our amazing holiday. I could have stayed far longer and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious beach escape.

Incredibly clean, amazing location right on the beach, 3 spacious bedrooms , a washing machine and fountain with mineral water available- a great touch ! Very helpful host. Don’t miss the Moon Isle beach restaurant 5 mins walk away on the beach- had fhe best 3 meals there!

Fully equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator are major plus points, for a group of people. There are a few minor improvements that could attract the guests. Kind of nice to have things like, a small tables in rooms, furniture arrangement (in the rooms). Overall, it's 10/10. 😀

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. We stayed 3 nights with two kids (8y/10y). Our kids loved the garden with hammock and coconuts. And Nimal loves kids (has 3 daughters). He showed our kids how to open coconuts, gave them tuktuk lessons, and they helped to cook in the kitchen. We ate every evening and morning at his place, as the food which his sister is creating is great and different every day - and she will prepare some special things to try if you want. One evening, the family and friends of Nimal dropped in, and we all celebrated his birthday. Also, on the other days, we often had long discussions with him about culture, family and life in general. Nimal is a local and very well connected: he organized the boat to Pigeon Island for a fair price and organized seats on an A/C bus to Sigiriya. I have not met any other location and person who is so open and heartful. We will keep this place as one of the best experiences in Sri Lanka!

The host initiated and maintained an open channel of communication from booking through our stay, sending very helpful information on location, getting there, check-in process, local shops and restaurants, etc. The manager and the staff are all very competent and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort.
