We had very bad luck entering Nuwara Eliya but we were extremely lucky that we booked in Woods Hut! Owned by a lovely family and they made our stay unforgettable and we wish we could stay longer! An amazing fresh cooked breakfast was prepared for us! Each member of this beautiful family shows their love to their guests in their unique kind way and thank you so much for this amazing experience of hospitality 🙏

Very lovely place, somewhat outside center of Nuwara, but at the endpoint of the Pekoetrail. We did the last etappe of the trail and came back with a bus. Very nice views and relaxed walk. The owner is very friendly and can give you all the info you want. Breakfast was excellent. It's continental with Strawberry juice, cake or pancakes. They even did some home cooking for us the first evening (Khottu). Again, very tasteful. I recommend this place for its charme. You look out your window and see the plains! The next day, he brought us to the trainstation.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We were impressed by the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast – freshly prepared, delicious, and full of local flavors. My recent stay at Mount View Bungalow in Hatton was an absolutely delightful experience that truly exceeded expectations. Opting for the three-bedroom apartment proved to be an excellent choice, offering a haven of comfort, cleanliness, and breathtaking scenery. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer spaciousness of the apartment and the evident care taken in its maintenance. The living area was thoughtfully furnished, creating a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable sofas, a TV, and convenient WiFi access that made us feel right at home. Each of the three bedrooms was remarkably spacious, providing ample room to relax. The provision of fresh, clean towels, crisp bedsheets, and cozy blankets ensured a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were equally impressive, being immaculate and very well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of hygiene. For those who prefer to self-cater, the fully equipped kitchen was a fantastic amenity. It included a gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, heater jug, and a complete set of necessary utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. However, the true gems of Mount View Bungalow were the balconies attached to every room and the main hall. Stepping onto them revealed truly breathtaking panoramic views of the majestic mountains and lush tea plantations surrounding Hatton. These serene vistas provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and soaking in the natural beauty of Sri Lanka. Practicality was also well-considered, with ample and secure parking available within the gated premises, offering peace of mind for guests with vehicles. Furthermore, the location is incredibly convenient, with Hatton town just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to shops and local amenities. The hospitality we received from the host was exceptional.

There was literally nothing to complain about! Would recommend to stay atleast for 2 nights! Tharang was a great host and ensured to help us each time we need anything! Great Hospitality
