Staff was perfect, especially layal and Ahmad, and they were kind and helpful, and the parking staff was excellent, and food was teasty.The location was neat for everything, and I recommend the best choice.

The location was ideal, the room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. To top it off, they even upgraded our room without us having to ask — a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special.

Strategically nestled in the heart of Ashrafieh, minutes away from the airport and in close proximity to the capital’s most famous landmarks, including ABC mall, Hotel Dieu Hospital, Sassine Square,... The location was ideal for us as we needed to be near the hospital. The room was very clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They upgraded us upon arrival and quickly responded to any request we have. The breakfast was tasty and fresh.

The rooms are very comfortable, wide, and well-designed. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I loved the view of the city from the balcony and the calm evening there.

The property is very nicely furnished and has a charm that makes me feel home. The location is great, close to many restaurants and ABC mall which made my stay very pleasant. The host Diala is a real host, always happy to help out. I’m sure that I will return to Byout Beirut soon.
