We especially loved the relaxing walks around the area — so pretty and calm. Would definitely recommend it.

This hostel is so lovely, one of my favourites so far. It's in an old building which is beautiful and a short walk from the railway station and the castle. The women's dorm is only four people so nice and small. You have traditional futon mattresses on a mat floor and curtains around your area. The washing machine is free to use, there are free bikes, free tea and coffee. The staff are lovely. I really wanted to come back again but they were fully booked unsurprisingly!

Popotel 2 NIKAI mempunyai balkoni dan terletak di Matsumoto, hanya 6-minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Matsumoto dan 1.1km dari Istana Matsumoto. Loved everything about this place. Cute, cozy, clean and comfortable. The little notes and labels throughout the flat were very helpful and very adorable. The kitchen was well outfitted, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom and laundry area very nice. The only negative is that the place is so nice that you may not want to go out sightseeing, but rather stay in theively apartment.

Popotel 2 KURA terletak di Matsumoto, 3.1km dari Muzium Jepun Ukiyo-e, 29km dari Canora Hall, dan juga 12-minit berjalan kaki dari Istana Matsumoto. Very close to the station. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It was equipped with everything you needed.

Wonderful stay in a clean and well furnished apartment. We went with 4 adults and 1 child and there was more than enough space. Beyond the lodging, the staff were all also excellent. Top class service. The breakfast every morning was also delicious. I will definitely be back if I ever return to Hakuba.
