The staff members are very nice and warm-hearted, they helped me with reservations of several hot restaurants. Ms Becky is one of the best.

This truly was an amazing find in Kyoto. Located downtown near the Nishiki market an a short walk from Gion. The room was small (though not particularly so for Japanese standards), and came equipped with all possible amenities, including a washer allowing for a quick batch of laundry mid trip. The bed was comfortable and I found everything to be well thought out, and the staff extremely helpful. One evening they helped me secure restaurant reservations when I was unable to do so myself.

All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! I can't remember the name of the main staff member who assisted us but he had a British accent and all our interactions with him were to be commended. The check-in process was seamless and easy, which was much appreciated after a long day of travel, and our requests for items during our stay were accommodated so readily. We booked the family room with the bunk beds and really liked the set up of the room; several lighting options were available and we liked the roller doors that could partition the kitchen/living space form the sleeping area. The dual sink set up was handy with four of us staying together as well, plus the larger size of the bath was also appreciated (one of us is over 6ft tall). We loved the location - it's so close to Kiyomizu-dera and several restaurants, as well as the river. Will definitely book here again if we visit Kyoto on our next trip to Japan :)

The rooms were big enough for 5 people. The location at the train station was very convenient. Only 2 min by walk. Many restaurants near by. 7/11 next door. Breakfast available at the hotel next door on additional charge if wanted.

Very comfortable and with lots of space for everything. The room was clean and highly maintained. The kids and us love it.

Terletak di Kyoto, Kyoto Sanjo Ohashi menawarkan penginapan 3-bintang dengan balkoni peribadi. Simply perfect. On the other side of the bridge which is 5 min walk exactly from the famous restaurants and pubs alley. But at the same price of 12 meter room you get here 28 meters. And it means everything . The staff is amazing helped me with anything I need.
